Huckleberry Scones

Huckleberry season was great this year! We picked our berries in Totem Park and had fun doing it.
I used Adrian's scone recipe and added in a cup or so of our ripe red huckleberries. Adrian made his "scons" for us when he and Kelly came to visit this summer and they were oh so good!
We had enough scones to enjoy, share and freeze. We are saving some in the freezer for Matt & Holly's visit at Thanksgiving.
"O taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed are those that trust in him." ~ Psalm 34:8

The scones look beautiful and delicious! I too have benefited from Adrian's scones. They are the BEST! I recently had tea at Glen Eyrie Castle here in Colorado Springs. Their scones were good but not as good as Adrian's. I hope you and Cliff have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
