This time last year while I was waiting in Seattle for the twins to be born
my auntie and sweet cousins made a 9 hour (one way) road trip up to be with me for the weekend.
It was SUCH a blessing and a great time of refreshment for me to be with family.
We. laughed. so. much.
Their visit was medicine for my spirit.
These girls bring out the giggle in me and I'm so thankful for them!
While we were together Emily Weaver Brown took these maternity photos for us!

Laying on hands in blessing |
I am so thankful for these photos of all of us together before the babies were born.
Emily also took individual maternity photos that were beautiful.
She is amazingly talented - and skilled.
Emily did our newborn photos of the twins and included a maternity session in the package.
We were unsure at the time, how early Cliff would be able to come to Seattle so
Emily offered to do a maternity session during this girls weekend and then
if Cliff made it in plenty of time, we could do another when he arrived.
We felt good about this option as we definitely wanted maternity pictures.
We had waited so long for these sweeties and wanted to have photos of this precious time of waiting.
My poor feet and back were quite sore at the end of my pregnancy. |
I could barely reach my arms around the babies.
A vintage pink phone at a cute cupcake shop, the space needle, and
shopping with Ikea in a motorized while laughing the. whole. time.
The three girls went together to buy us a Petunia Picklebottom diaper bag that we found at an uber cute consignment shop for a bargain! |
Chukar Cherries and the fish market at Pike Place
The Denver Crumpet and the Vermont Crumpet at the Crumpet Shop!
We ate a Mexican Restaurant - Senior Moose,
a Thai restaurant,
an Italian restaurant - Gallianos Cucina-Tukwila
British-ish restaurant - The Crumpet Shop and a French Crepe place!
