A fellow teacher took this picture of the kids and I as he walked past us on Lincoln street earlier this week. We had just finished a long walk to the airport and decided to sit on this park bench for a while to have a snack and rest. Rosie was with us too, she was tied to the arm rest, lounging in the grass.
I'm always glad when the babies fall asleep in the stroller, they look so peaceful.
Mr. Q has really taken to this hankie that Cliff gave him one day while we were out.
I think its sweet so I leave it in the stroller and give it to him whenever we go out.
Cliff has been using the Baby Bjorn carrier with the babies since they were tiny and the kids love to be in it with him. He often takes one of the babies when he walks the dog over lunch or in the evenings.
I have an ergo carrier that I used when we flew home from Seattle but after carrying these babies during my pregnancy I found that I didn't have the back strength to carry them without being very sore the next day. It has taken a few months, but I am finally feeling strong enough to carry them on longer walks now and I'm so thankful for that!
The bottom left photo was taken of a sweet lunch we had one day with our neighbors, Jim & Carrie, and their little ones when the sun was shining. We enjoyed catching some rays while we dined Al Fresco! The babies stayed in the stroller for the lunch they had prepared - it was awesome! Homemade Pesto Gnocci (wow!) and turkey meatballs grilled on apple slices along with grilled garlic bread complete with dipping oil, watermelon, and fruit popsicles to top it off!
Good company, good weather and good food. All blessings from our good God.

Just to clarify, that hankie was clean before I gave it to him...But I bet it's not now! Great post Betty!

Great post and beautiful pictures! What a blessing of happy, healthy babies! (and great parents too)!
So glad you are able to do more outside activities with the little ones now since I know that is part of the joy of living where you do. Just getting back in the swing with one baby is hard. Can't imagine what it must be like with two. So glad you are getting to be a stay at home mom. I still say that was the best job in my teaching career. Blessings to you. Oh, Cliff, I am relieved that you clarified the "clean" handkerchief.
Oh, my -- they are so cute!!! I see a lot of Davis in them. :) Love you, friend!
